- Your name
- Your phone number (and optionally email)
- Your address (for in-home visits)
- A description of the issue you want help with (for example: Wi-Fi problems, email trouble, printer setup)

How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Contact you about your request
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide in-home or remote support
- Follow up after a visit if needed
- Keep basic business records for service history and billing
Text messages and phone calls (TCPA)
If you give us your phone number, you are giving us permission to call or text you about your request, scheduling, and support. You can ask us to stop texting at any time by replying “STOP” or by telling us directly.
Where your form submissions go
When you submit a form on our website (like Request Help), the message is sent to Formspree so it can be delivered to us reliably. Formspree processes the information you submit in order to deliver your message.
We only use that information for the purposes described above, and we do not use it for advertising or to build marketing profiles about you.
Cookies and basic website data
Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and approximate location (like city) to help the site work well and to understand overall traffic.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via the Google tag to understand how people use the site (for example: page views and engagement events like clicks on phone or text links). Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide analytics services. We do not use GA4 to personally identify you.
You can limit or block cookies and analytics in your browser settings, and you can also use browser extensions or privacy tools that block tracking scripts.
Who we share information with
We share your information only when necessary to run our business and provide service, such as:
- Service providers that help us receive and manage messages (Formspree)
- Analytics providers that help us understand site usage (Google Analytics 4)
- Tools needed to schedule, communicate, or invoice (only as needed)
- Legal or safety reasons if required by law
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Security and common-sense handling
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to what is needed to do the work. No system is perfect, but we aim to keep your information safe and handled with care.

You can:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Request corrections if something is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need (when legally permitted)
