Important Service Limits
- This is temporary business continuity support, not permanent internet service.
- Temporary connectivity is best effort and does not include guaranteed speed, latency, uptime, or uninterrupted service.
- Weather, satellite availability, equipment placement, environmental conditions, building materials, network congestion, and third-party systems can affect performance.
- Customer systems such as POS devices, printers, phones, televisions, routers, firewalls, switches, and software platforms may require separate troubleshooting and may not be compatible.
- Third-party vendors, ISPs, POS providers, payment processors, phone providers, and software companies control their own systems, approvals, settings, and support timelines.
- Hardwired Ethernet, network integration, vendor coordination, device programming, and reconnection back to the primary ISP connection may be billed as support labor.
